We want you to love your order—and if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a quick photo at hello@cedarmooncandleco.com so we can sort things out.
If we sent the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it as long as it hasn’t been used. Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on used items.
Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. (For full return and refund details, click here.)

Most orders ship within 3 business days and typically arrive in about 7 business days.
Carriers occasionally experience delays—if your package hasn’t arrived after two weeks, let us know and we’ll look into it.
Live nearby? Choose “local pickup” at checkout to pick up your order when we are out at a local market or from our Keizer studio.
We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please pick it up within 3 weeks. After that, if we haven’t heard from you, the order may be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued on limited edition or custom items.
We make many of our items in small batches, and some products sell out quickly.

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address during checkout. If you’d like to include a gift message, there’s a space for that, too. We don’t include prices in any shipments.
We recommend keeping products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural waxes and oils can be sensitive to heat, so storing them properly ensures a longer shelf life and better performance.
We know sensitivities are very real. All ingredients in our body care products are listed on their labels, and we’re happy to answer specific questions about those items.
For candles and other scented products, our fragrances are proprietary blends that may include natural essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils. We’re unable to list full compositions, but rest assured: our ingredients are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and carefully selected for quality.
We always suggest burning candles in a well-ventilated area and discontinuing use if you have any reaction. If you're concerned about a particular scent or ingredient, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
