Shipping policy

 

We do our best to process orders within 3 business days—if there’s ever a delay, it will be noted on the site. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Custom and backordered items may take a little longer. If that’s the case, we’ll be in touch with a timeline and estimated ship date.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Most orders are sent via USPS. Larger orders may ship with UPS.

Local pickup available: If you're in the Mid-Willamette Valley, you're welcome to pick up your order at our Keizer studio. Just select local pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

If something arrives damaged: Please take a quick photo and email it to us at hello@cedarmooncandleco.com along with your name and a brief message. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund within a few days.
